ARCS proprietor, Ralph Larkin, graduated with honors from UCLA with a Ph. D. in 1970.

He was a Senior Research Associate for the Federal government for six years, and for nine years was a professor of Sociology at Rutgers University and SUNY. He has published numerous articles and is the author of three books, two of which have received honors for their scholarly contributions. As a graduate professor, Dr. Larkin has been a member of thesis committees and has a complete understanding of the research process. Dr. Larkin is presently an adjunct professor at the John Jay College of Criminal Justice of the City University of New York and is an internationally recognized scholar on school violence.
